These are the general terms and conditions of the online store www.skycosmeticsgroup.com compiled in accordance with the Law on Consumer Security, the Law on Personal Data Security, the General EU Regulation on Data Security.
These terms of use determine the rules of use for users of the site and their relationship with SKY COSMETICS doo Bani 110, 10010 Zagreb OIB:71569529673 with headquarters in Zagreb, Bani 110, Buzin, Croatia.

ORDERS
All orders are subject to availability. If the products are not available, you will be notified by email, and you will be offered the option of waiting for the product to be available, or canceling the order.
Any orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase our products and as such we reserve the right to reject them. You acknowledge that any automated message about your order sent from us shall not constitute an acceptance to purchase products from our site. The contract concluded by you and us determines the purchase if we charge your credit/debit card or any other account, send the products and inform you about this via email according to the concluded contract. The contract applies only to those products that are listed in the delivery information. We are not obliged to deliver items that are not listed in the separate delivery information.
We will take all the necessary steps in our power to keep all your personal data and make the payment completely secure, but we cannot be responsible for any damage caused by a third party, unauthorized use or use of data by a third party.
Items on the site are not for resale or distribution. We reserve the right to cancel the order and suspend the user account if we believe that the order is against these rules. You assume the risk for products delivered to you at the time of receipt. We are not responsible if you do not provide us with accurate and complete shipping information.

8. RETURN/CLAIM
A) WITHDRAWAL OF PURCHASE via written form
The customer has the right within 14 days in accordance with Article 72 of the Consumer Protection Act to cancel the purchase by sending a written notification to the e-mail address WEB@SKY-COSMETICS.HR. The 14-day period begins on the day of collection/delivery of the ordered goods.
In the electronic written notification about canceling the purchase, clearly state the decision to cancel the purchase (with your name and the date of the order).
B) PRODUCT RETURN
If the customer has already received the goods and cancels the purchase, he must return the received goods to the company within 14 days upon written notification from 1. paragraph. The company must refund the money in the amount of the returned products to the customer’s bank account no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
When returning products, they must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. A copy of the original invoice must be attached to the returned product.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. For returned products, we do not accept shipments with payment of postage by cash on delivery.
C) SHIPMENT COMPLAINTS
SKY COSMETICS doo is responsible for actual factory defects of products purchased in the Internet store (skycosmeticsgroup.com). If the customer has any complaint in accordance with Article 10 of the Law on Consumer Protection, please inform us by e-mail:

The consumer must describe the error in detail in the error notification and allow the seller to consider the error.
In the event of a complaint, please return the goods with a copy of the original invoice to the address SKY COSMETICS doo – Skladište Vukomerička ulica 4, 10410 Velika Gorica, Croatia with the indication ‘Internet sale’ within 14 days of purchase.
Upon receipt of the goods, SKY COSMETICS doo will provide a written response to the complaint resolution within 8 days upon receipt of the written notification and the product.
Complaints sent by parcel distribution must be properly packed in cardboard packaging.
All complaints that are packed inappropriately and that have visible mechanical damage during transport will not be accepted but will be returned to the sender.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.

PRICES
All prices shown on the website are valid and correct at the time they are published on the website and entered into the system. However, we reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice (except that any changes will not affect orders for which we have sent you a shipping confirmation).
In rare cases, it may happen that the displayed price during payment is not correct, and we discover the same before accepting your order in accordance with point 9, in which case we are not obliged to sell the product according to the price which is visible at that moment, but according to the one which is valid at the time of order. We always endeavor to ensure that the prices of the goods displayed on our website are correct, however errors do sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or the option of canceling it. If you have canceled the order and have already paid for the product (but it has not yet been shipped), we will refund you in full.

LAW AND JURISDICTION
These conditions are interpreted in accordance with the Republic of Croatia and all disputes are resolved under the jurisdiction of the Court of the Republic of Croatia.

ALL COMPETITIONS
We reserve the right to change these Terms without notice from time to time.
These rules will be deemed incorporated into each contest, except to the extent that each specific contest instruction states otherwise.
By entering the competition, the contestants will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and are bound by them. All our decisions will be final and binding and no correspondence will be possible.
Contests are open only to residents of Croatia.
All participants must be 18 years of age or older, unless any other age restriction is stated. Participants, if they are under 18 years of age, should obtain permission in advance from their parents or guardians.
All applications must be received by the closing date specified in the tender. Answers will be entered after submission. There is no responsibility for responses that are misdirected, lost for technical or other reasons, or received after the closing date.
We reserve the absolute right to disqualify without notice any entries to any competition that we believe have used improper technical means of entry and/or are fraudulent.
Participants are responsible for the costs of accessing computer networks.
We will not be responsible or accept any liability for: (I) any failure of the winner or any entrant to comply with these terms and conditions (II) any disruption, delay or misdirection of input Or (III) any server, system or network failures, malfunctions or unavailability.
We will be the promoter of all competitions subject to these terms and conditions, unless otherwise stated.

Prizes
If for any reason an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right at our absolute discretion to substitute a similar prize of equivalent or greater value. Only one prize will be awarded per household. There will be no cash or other alternative to the awarded prize, and the prizes are not transferable.
Notice
The winner’s name will be chosen at random, after the closing date, from all good responses received. The winner of the prize will be notified within 28 days after the winner has been selected. Please allow 28 days for delivery of all prizes. If the winner of the competition is unable to claim the prize for any reason or if the winner cannot be notified after reasonable efforts have been made then we may dispose of the prize as we see fit without any liability to the winner.
STATEMENT ON THE COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA
SKY COSMETICS doo undertakes to provide protection to customers’ personal data, in such a way that it collects only necessary, basic data about customers/users that are necessary to fulfill our obligations; informs customers about the way the collected data is used, regularly gives customers a choice about the use of their data, including the ability to decide whether or not they want their name removed from lists used for marketing campaigns. All user data is strictly kept and is available only to employees who need this data to perform their work. All employees of SKY COSMETICS doo and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.
